- We currently offer delivery services exclusively in selected cities in India.
2. Stock Availability:
- Product deliveries are subject to stock availability.
3. Multiple Delivery Slots:
- Each order may be delivered in more than one delivery slot.
4. Varied Sources:
- Deliveries may originate from various retailers, authorized distributors, or directly
from our factory.
5. Timely Delivery:
- We make every effort to deliver products within the agreed time.
6. Customer Verification:
- Customers are required to check and verify each product for damages, expiry dates, and
quantity upon receiving the order.
7. Force Majeure:
- H2O Paniwala shall not be responsible for non-availability, delays, or any delivery
warranties
due to reasons beyond our control, including general holidays, climatic conditions, labor unrest,
insolvency, government decisions, operational and technical issues, epidemic or pandemic, or any other
act of God constituting force majeure.
8. Empty Jar Pickup Eligibility:
- Empty jar pickup orders are only eligible for users who have ordered a H2O Paniwala
20-litre
water can from the H2O Paniwala@doorstep website and app and have paid a jar deposit online post 21st
July
'21.
9. Complaints and Discrepancies:
- Customers should raise complaints regarding delivery delays or service discrepancies by
providing their registered mobile number or order ID. It is recommended to include a clear screenshot of
the order ID from the "My Orders" tab in the account settings.
10. Delivery to Buildings without Lift:
- In case your building doesn't have a lift, delivery will be made either to the
security gate or up to the 2nd floor only.
11. Request Timeframe:
- Customers are eligible to raise any requests related to discrepancies in delivery
updates within three days of receiving communication on their registered mobile/email. Such requests can
be raised on email wecare@sspmineralwater.com. In the absence of any
requests within the specified timeframe, the Company cannot proceed with order
cancellation/refund/product delivery.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Products may not be eligible for return under any circumstances. However, the Company may
consider replacing the product after a thorough verification of the underlying concern.
2. Replacement of Defective Merchandise:
- Defective merchandise products will be replaced within 5-6 working days after placing a
request with the customer care team via email or call. To report defects, kindly send an email within 3
days of receiving the damaged product, including product pictures, to wecare@sspmineralwater.com.
3. Defective Glass Water Bottles:
- For defective "Glass Water Bottle/s," please notify us on the day of delivery,
indicating the number of damaged bottles along with product pictures to wecare@sspmineralwater.com. The
refund
for the damaged glass water bottle will be credited to the consumer’s account within 7 working
days once the refund request is accepted by H2O Paniwala.
4. Refunds for Cancellations:
- In the case of cancellations, refunds for pre-paid orders will be processed to the
original mode of payment.
5. Free Jar Pickup Requests:
- Free Jar pickup requests can only be placed after the completion of the subscription
plan.
6. Dispute Resolution:
- Any dispute will be investigated by our team for a maximum of six months after the
purchase date or before the product expiry, whichever is earlier. Claims beyond this specified timeframe
cannot be held against the Company. In rare cases, the Company may replace the product after determining
the cause of concern, but refunds will not be issued.
7. Customer Feedback on Used Products:
- Customers wishing to share experiences with used products must contact us within 1-2 days
of opening the product. Upon registering such an experience, the customer is expected to retain more
than 50% of the product. Our team will objectively review the case, and if the information is found
legitimate, we'll issue a replacement. The Company's decision will be final in such cases.
H2O Paniwala reserves the right to make policy decisions in the above cases. No additional
compensation/freebies will be provided under any circumstances. Liability for any order/product is
limited to the value of the order/product.
